Meet Imani James

Imani is an award-winning interior designer based in Atlanta who began her journey in interior design two decades ago when she designed her own home. She refined her skills through extensive training at leading European institutions, including the British Academy of Interior Design in London, England, and the Marangoni Design School in Milan, Italy. She also advanced her education at the Paris American Academy in France, further solidifying her expertise and passion for the industry. 

Imani's design philosophy is an exquisite fusion of her extensive travels and a keen eye for luxurious textiles,  architecture, and fashion. To stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving interior design landscape, she regularly attends design trade fairs and exhibitions such as Maison & Objet Paris, London Design Week, and Salone del Mobile in Milan. 

Her work has gained considerable recognition, with Imani being named one of Modern Luxury Interiors magazine's "2024 Faces of Design".  Additionally, her projects have been featured in high-profile publications including  Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and Good Housekeeping, alongside respected community publications like Modern Luxury Interiors, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, Simply Buckhead, North Buckhead Neighbors, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
